Criminal Arrest

Our database is primarily created on Texas law, however, due process is due process, no matter the state so, even if you have been arrested in another state, this prototype questionnaire will be very valuable toward helping you determine you rights and what the police, prosecutors, and judges may have done wrong in your case.  It will give you a number of issues you, or your lawyer can use in your defense.

Criminal Questionnaire

Research Repository

Our quetionnaires act as a backbone for an organizing tool that will dramatically change the way law is practiced.  Instead of doing a keyword search for the first case on point, a practitioner can simply follow the map of the questionnaire to the point and all the relevant case law will be referenced there.

With this tool we will generate consistency in the application of law.  This is more than a litigagion guide, it is a dynamic litigation assistant.  The tool will isolate motions and pleadings that are indicated, then produce those documents in fully hyperlinked format.

We will free lawyers from the time consuming complexity of legal reasharch so that they can do what no machine can, argue legal issues in real time.

Passing The Event Horizon

Legal Research has  become a profit  black hole.  Since the time of the Magna Carta scribes have been recording cases, organizing issues by key words that could then be looked up in legal encyclopedias.  This was a terrible way of organizing something as complex as law, but it was the best we had.
Then, in the mid 1970's along came Westlaw and ruined the practice of law.  Instead of looking up a keyword in one of the legal encyclopedias and find a few controlling cases, you could do a keyword search on one of the online resarch tools and find 10,000.  It was then that lawyersgave up on general practice and started specializing.  Research simply became a crap shoot so lawyers had focus their practice in order to be able to keep up with all the case law.
Our tool will put consistency back in the practice of law and allow lawyers to expand the scope of their practice, while dramatically reducing cost.
