Market Coverage
The questionnaire we produce will be used as an online prospecting tool. We have started with law but the tool lends itself to any area of marketing. A user can use the tool to develop an analyss of any area of professional endeavor. The tool will ask the prospect the same questions a professional would ask a to develop the needs of the client. Where a prospect's needs go to a different area of specilization, the tool will refer the prospect through our internal network of professional users. In this way, even if the prospect is not right for the current professional, s/he can recover some of the advertising costs through a refferal.

General Public

The products and services we produce are applicable to any individual with a legal issue. Where a person has a question as to their legal standing or rights, they can go to our online questionnaire and develop an audit of their situation.
Many of the issuer that are too minor to requiure professional assistance can be handled online as a value added service to the prospect.
Where the issue needs a professional, the tool will generate an audit of the prospects needs. Our questionnaires are designed to demonstrate to the when and where they professional assistance.

Professioinals

Our questionnaires will be a valuable addition to a professional's online presence. Instead of spending billable hours trying to extract the elements of a case from a prospective or existing client, the professional can simply send a client to the questionnaire on their website. The tool will produce a complete audit of the indivuals current situation.

Document Development

Beyond the online prospecting aspect of the questionnaires is the ability to generate legal documents for professionals, completed to the lexisting legal requirements, in the style of the individual user, complete to the specific details of the client, fully hyperlinkes, free of errors.
A professional user can either send a client to the questionnaire or use the questionnaire as a checklist to insure that nothing is missed. Once the questionnaire is completed, the documents indicated by the answers will be in a folder ready for immediate download.
This will be especially usefule for young lawyers. We can capture the entire expertise of an expert in a field then make it available to the first time practitioner, insuring nothing is missed, no errors, and efficient use of time and billable hours.

TThe questionnaires we produce are more than a marketing tool for lawyers. They create a structural backbone for our research repository. Lawyers do legal research by keyword search. They use current online search engines to search the entire body of law for cases on a secific legal point.
These search engines first came online in the mid 1970's and almost immediately ruined the practice of law. Instead of doing a keyword search in a legal encyclopedia and get a few standard cases, they can now go online and find thousands.
Lawyers were forced out of general practice and into focused areas of specialization as the law very quickly became too complex for general practice.

The questionnaires we build are constructed using digital maps. These maps can take a user through their facts directly to any relevant legal point. By making the maps available to the professional, they can save their research at the legal points in the map. Instead of doing a keyword search to find cases on point, they simply navigate to the point.

Unique Mass Marketing

We are starting with law as it offers a unique mass marketing opportunity. Lawyers, like other licensed professionals, are forbidden from direct marketing to a client. Relatively recently they have been allowed to do some general marketing but, for the most part, it is intended that their clients come to them.
We will create our own online presence as a resource to the public, a place where they can find legal remedy. While we can provide remedy to minor legal issues, the purpose of the questionnaires are to demonstrate to the prospect that they have legal remedy available while, at the same time, showing that securing that remedy is, for the most part, beyond the scope of the lay person.
Where the prospect wishes to consider professional services, we offer to take the audit their questions generate and send it to a number of local professionals in the form of a solicitation for representation. Each audit we send out is an opportunity to demonstrate to practicing professionals the power of our tool while bringing potential clients to the professional.
Prospects are also well served as they get access to a number of professional offers. The prospect gets to choose from those who respond.

While we started with law, the tools and techniques lend themselves to all areas of complex endeaver. Once we have the legal side up and running, we will move into other areas of human knowledge. It is our long time goal of gathering the human knowledgbase into a single, interconnected digital network.

The technology we bring to the table can dramatically lower the cost of doing business as a lawyer. It offers a new set of paradigms that will allow new graduates to become profitable almost immediately and streamline the workflow of established firms.
We plan to promote our products and services to the state bar associations. Using our prospecting questionnaires, we expect to bring a lot of new business to existing lawyers through our solicitations for representation. Even without the assistance of the bar association we will get almost immediate access to every lawyer in the jurisdiction where we launch. We will explode onto the scene. However, if we can convince the bar to offer our technologies to it's members, we will quickly become a fixture long before our emerging competitors can bring a competing product online.

Digital Marketing Agency

We will start with an online marketing presence where we offer a legal assurance product to the general public. Our online questionnaires will generate audits of an individuals particular legal issue and produce basic documents wills, power of attorneys, debt validation letters and more.
Where a legal issue becomes more complex, we can then use the audit our system produces as a tool to market the client to legal professionals.

Lawyers

Where an online user brings an issue that needs legal counsel, we will offer to email the user's audit to local lawyers as a solicitation for representation.

Paralegals

Where an issue is too complex for the novice but no serious enough to warrant a lawyer, we can send the audit to local paralegals.

Criminal Justice

We can provide a free service to policing agencies that will allow persons who are arrested to find counsel.

Bail Bondsmen

Most people who are arrested have no idea what they are facing. Gondsmen can use our questionnaires to collect good informatin and to stablize their clients.

Competition

Thee is no comperable product out there at the moment. When we speak to a whole new paradigm we are not speaking in hyperbole. Our tool will sweem in a sea change to the way law is practiced. With that said, there are large players out there in related fields, such as Thompson Reuters who owns the two largest legal search engines. There are also document production companies like Rocket Doc.
Our technology will dramatically undercut their business models. What we are doing is a full generation ahead of them.
Once they see what we are doing, they can produce a competing product but their problem is, their competing product will undermine their current business model the same as ours. We expect this to slow their transition time giving us time to establish ourselves in the market before we have to deal with competing products.
